Health tip

Keep a medical journal for your child. Enter the illnesses, doctor's trips and what medicine was given to keep track of his health and manage it better.

working moms tip

When my husband’s away on business mornings can be hectic! So I bring my little boy with me when I shower. I rub part of the shower door clear after it’s steamed and play peek-a-boo; I put my hand flat on the glass and he tries to catch it... I keep my toddler entertained, supervise him and enjoy a relaxing shower too!

Fruit shake

If you are battling to get your toddler to eat fruit, make a fruit-freeze shake by blending fruit with ice in a liquidiser. My toddler's favourite is strawberry and banana. Serve with a colourful straw.

Frozen Yoghurt lollies

Pour yoghurt into those homemade childrens ice-cream containers and freeze. They are great for hot days and very healthy!
