Watching your weight and need some impetus? Try bag it!

After dinner each night, when you’re feeling satisfied and your will power is up, gather together all the food you’re going to eat the next day. Place this in something suitable (like a plastic cake container). Each day you can access this container for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing is to touch your lips that doesn’t come from this container. Decant from here into something smaller (like a lunchbox) for going to work. If you’ve got an extra special husband then ask him to cook for you before you get home (and, you guessed it, only from the container). When you’re back on the healthy diet wagon you can be less stringent with yourself.Good luck!

Ginger Ale

Stir it because the acid isnt good for you or your little one.

Soothe your baby

The best way to soothe a niggly baby is by regular, rhythmical movement – it reminds them of being in the womb. Try gentle rocking, walking with your baby in a sling or pouch, or bouncing on your birthing ball.

Drink extra fluids (water is best) throughout pregnancy to help your body keep up with the increases in your blood volume.

Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water, fruit juice, or milk each day. A good way to know you’re drinking enough fluid is when your urine looks like almost-clear water or is very light yellow.
