Don’t be restricted by hideous maternity clothes

 

Buy what you want to wear from your favourite store. All you have to remember is to choose pants and skirts with an elastic waist, and ensure clothes have room for breast and tummy growth! You can be as stylish as you always are.

Teething Tot

 

For a teething baby wet a white (so that the colours can't come off in baby's mouth) facecloth and put it in the freezer – this helps soothes baby's gums and helps with those stubborn teeth. If baby can't hold a teething toy yet this is a great way for them to soothe themselves as the facecloth is easy to hold for them and they won't hurt their gums with sharp corners.

Insect bites

 

If your baby is itchy from insect bites, put a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda and two rooibos teabags in her bath. This is also an excellent after sun remedy for the whole family.
