Where's the tip??? I feel like the only word I ever say to my 15 month old is "no"....mandy

Where are the tips? I need practical tips because I am batteling to get this right with my 2 year old daughter who is extremely strong-willed. I feel like a fishwife most of the time and get little cooperation from her. Help! Please! :(
