Where's the tip??? I feel like the only word I ever say to my 15 month old is "no"....

so where's the tip!! this is ridiculous! how do we say no - surely that would be the tip to put up there!! i'm at the end of my string now and i get this nonsense when thinking i'm going to actually get something that might be helpful!

Where are the tips? I need practical tips because I am batteling to get this right with my 2 year old daughter who is extremely strong-willed. I feel like a fishwife most of the time and get little cooperation from her. Help! Please! :(
