Nap attack

 

If your baby cries (or screams uncontrollably like mine does) when you put her down for naps, tickle her face - especially around her eyes. This will calm her down and she may even fall asleep.

Wriggly baby

 

To dress my crawling baby before he slips away, I put him in front of a full length mirror. He loves to "talk" to and "kiss" the baby in the mirror and I get to dress him with a little less fuss!

Good communication can develop confidence, feelings of self-worth, and good relationships with others. Try these tips• Teach children to listen... gently touch a child before you talk... say their name• Speak in a quiet voice... whisper sometimes so children have to listen... they like this.

Genius ice pack

 

Take a latex glove and fill the fingers with rubbing alcohol, then fill the rest up with water to look like a swollen hand and place it in the freezer. The alcohol prevents the water from freezing completely so you can mould the ice pack around limbs to help bumps and bruises.
