Leanne suggests:
A baby of 7 months should drink 2 to 3 bottles of 200ml to 250ml per day. If you’re concerned, check her weight gain to determine whether she is growing and gaining weight appropriately.
Consider incorporating other fluids like diluted rooibos tea and boiled water in much smaller quantities.
Try to keep your daughter’s daily schedule – including bed and nap times – consistent. 9pm is too late to feed her supper. Your baby will benefit from having a daily schedule that includes set times for meals and naps. That doesn’t mean she has to eat lunch at exactly 12.15pm, but it does mean that you should generally try to stick to a predictable schedule.
Offer her small nutritious meals frequently throughout the day, feeding her approximately every 3 hours.
Try small pieces of fresh, stewed or baked fruit (according to her chewing ability); steamed or boiled vegetables; well-cooked, tender meat and chicken; dairy products in the form of cottage cheese, sweetmilk, gouda and yoghurt; and starches like potato, whole grain breads, provitas, pasta and tomato sauce, macaroni cheese and wholewheat pancakes.

My baby girl born premature at 33 wk and weight 1.7 Kg. Initially she drank expressed milk about 80 to 100 ml every 3 hours time and after reaching 3 months we started giving formula. But now she is drinking only 50 to 60 Ml at a time and she doesn’t seems to have any appetite for milk. I m very worried coz her weight gain also getting disturbed constantly.
