Chocolate milkshake
 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 50g dark couverture buttons
  • 3 scoops of quality vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk and add the chocolate.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Allow to cool then blend the hot chocolate and the ice cream together with a hand blender and pour into a milkshake glass.
